I have been working for RA for almost 23 years and I have to say...its been an amazing journey. Great leadership, amazing counterparts, good benefits and the ability to grow within the company is endless.

Cons

Work life balance can be a challenge depending the position you hold as with many other employers.

Fun Events. Great Leadership. Good food for guests.

Cons

Events can be strenuous. It can be long before breaks are given for certain events (rare). No bonus or anything for going above and beyond. Tips are not allowed.

And yes, these roles are non-tipped, our staff hourly rates are above minimum wage and above our competitors.
