      Pros

      High quality of work and product delivered. Great people , great customers , tons of interest project.

      Cons

      Extra hours not paid, sometime can be a little bit stressful, but this is peculiar to other jobs.

      Pros

      Very good relationships between collegues because there is a very young environment. The working life is enjoyable and there are no time table. you just have to do 8 hours per day, doesn't matter if you start at 8.00 or at 10.00 or at 11.00. I really like it!

      Cons

      Once you are in a project, it's very hard change it. If you don't like it, or you don't enjoy work on it anymore, you can ask to your superiors if there are other opportunities, but the process to change into a new project is very very long.. it could take months. I really dislike it!

      I have free will and power to do my job and I have all resources I need in time for project delivery

      I spend Too many hours at work instead with my family and sometimes is very frustrating but I know this is work condition in italy now
