      Pros

      Safe job and interesting projects. Young environment and good company.to work after graduation.

      Cons

      Career is very low expecially because most of manager are unqualified. Even if managers are uncapable to get new business and comunicate with customers, they are not dismissed and employees can't have any carrer advance.

      Pros

      Young company A lot of different companies differentiated in lots of Business Units -> Wide choice Good salaries for young bachelors.

      Cons

      You can end up stuck at one client with the management basically forgetting you there. Team leaders and managers are usually good developers but bad at personal skills. Continuous hiring means that you are in a heavy concurrent environment where you are graded on your "dedication" more than actual quality of work.
