      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for RGI. They have great career opportunities, a never-ending supply of interesting work, great people, wonderful training programs and great opportunities to grow. I work with incredibly positive and energetic people, there is a strong culture of mentoring to ensure the developing of skills necessary for long-term success in career. That’s why we became the leaders in our business. Sure, we work really hard but we also have a lot of fun!

      Absence of “smart working”. I know that the management is working on this topic; hope to have “smart working” very soon.

Basically I think that you are right, in 2018 RGI will grow on the International market only 20 %.... I can’t wait to see what will happen when RGI will be managed by a new CEO and by a very smart Top Management….can you imagine? 😉 Additionally, from your review you seem to be very expert in Techxx Start ups, and as I’m used to be a very humble guy I am excited to learn some new best practices from who is an expert in leading a successful Company. I would like to invite you to have a Italian coffee in our office in Milan, it could be a great opportunity to have a face to face clarification that in these cases it is much more effective than a review which obviously is a mean way to discredit the great work that everyone in this Company is doing.       Low salary, chaotic management, and no vision

      1. Some good and helpful colleagues: but most of they have left 2. Opportunity to learn Italian

      Cons

      1. Ridiculous long working hours - and will be marginalised if you chose not to working during weekends and 10 hours a day 2. Ridiculous long time meetings - never start on time, never end on time, no solutions, no action plan 3. Nearly zero organisation 4. Poor benefit: low company contribution pension, and that's everything you get 5. Poor salary: one of the lowest on the market (if not THE lowest) 6. Poor code base: old and everything in Italian (database value, variable names, method signatures, documentation) 7. Not following any industrial standard: no unit test, no automation test, no performance test, no code review, no QA, everyone is dumping code onto trunk and with finger crossed 8. No training whatsoever
