      I left the company just to catch a new opportunity in a new business. It was a hard choice, due to many aspects: - Colleagues are the real value-added point: best people can become best professionals. People of heart and passion, real ones, true ones. - IT Digital Company Environment: very good place to work in with a range of great professionals - People Development company: great investment in last years on people development using great professionals - 100% Italian excellence with 100% international "soul"

      Pros

      The hours where great for me. It's very micromanaged, everyone knows their job on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Please be careful of what you say around these people! You may not work their long. I've seen people come and go because of things they've said/disliked about upper management and they were out the door very fast.
