Very rewarding in the beginning and has gone down hill since it was sold

Friendly atmosphere everyone is treated like family

Cons

The pay continues to decrease every year since the company was sold. An investment firm bought the company and it is obvious that they keep cutting our pay to show more profit so they can resell for a large profit. The rich get richer at the expense of the average hard working guy! They also cover no expenses at all but continue to take from the sales force.

Good Benefits, Overtime, Monday-Friday, Great experience, Free Goodies, Nice coworkers, decent pay.

Cons

They decide when they want to inforce police on thier own time or who to inforce it to. For example attendance policy.

hmmm, none. I really regret leaving my old job to come here.

Cons

lack of training, District sales managers do NOT help you. Nothing in the field is anything at all what they tell you in the interviews
