Cons

The lower management (store managers and multi-unit managers!!! The company is very proud of their "culture" however they don't know what is going on inside the stores.

Overworked, bullied, and weirdly picked on by the manager

* enjoyed working at Panda Express itself.

Cons

* bullied by another coworker and nothing was done after bringing it up to the manager. * coworkers heavily relied on me to cover their hours. * manager refused to give over time hours. * manager picked on me more than the others, I was his favorite to go after.

Being micromanaged , if you are in closing shift its gonna take 2 hours to clean everything and nobody want to do it while you are being told by manager to be hurry , manager is useless when the system is eror she told me to just tell the customer of what said on the screen lol
