You get good pay. You also gain many skills you didn't have before.

Cons

Work becomes your life. Never positive feedback always negative. They don't really seem to care about their employees as individuals it's all about the amount of work you produce for them.

Salary & benefits are average for the industry.If you have no life and want a company to work for 24/7 than this may be a good fit for you.

Cons

The culture of this company is to make as much money for top management as possible at the expense of the store and lower level employees. There is no work/life balance and management routinely talks down to employees and penalizes them for not complying with their demands.This is a terrible company led by a overbearing and controlling owner who cares nothing for his employees. The company has no integrity or morals although they will swear that integrity is the core of their culture. Beware!

Pros

Fantastic health insurance, competitive pay for being fast food, and bonuses. If you need something where you can make a decent amount of money NOW in an entry level job this is the place for you, but you'll have to work overtime to do it.

Cons

They'll work you to death, always ask for more, very little positive feedback regardless of results. You will be micromanaged from the top down and pushed to micromanage those beneath you.
