Pros

You have a job. Possible for remote work. If you are young and fresh out of school. it's a place to start your career but don't stay too long. You will be disapointed.

Cons

No annual raises. And when raises come they are not based on anything relating to contribution or performance. Managers have no say about who gets rewarded for the work they perform. Going above on beyond doesn't nothing for your career at Oracle. There are no career paths - and if you are offered a management role it will come with the added responsibilities (lucky of you get to back-fill) and no additional pay. For this reason the smartest most talented people don't last long at Oracle - they move on. And the management staff are those that are have are such ego maniacs that having a Manager Title without additional compensation is worth it to them. This means that most managers are really really bad x-theory managers (aka supervisors) who have not power to define anything. I mean anything. Even if they had the power they don't have the skills to execute. See above about ego. or a better word is "sycophants". Any company that would pay their CEO 18000% more than their average employee pay isn't a place you want to work or where you could grow.

Pros

Good management team, although most of them do not have a consulting background. They're more people managers and can lack empathy and understanding.

Cons

They set you up for failure by hiring you, and sooooo many others, to do a job (Consult clients, get on projects). and then expect you to chase down RMO's, Project Managers, and other leadership to beg for a project just so you can meet your utilization. If you don't you get fired. They hire way too many consultants at once and don't have the projects to staff them and then let you go after a year and a couple months. Not to mention these RMO's and PM's definitely play favorites so even if you were to reach out until you're fired, you almost don't stand a chance because they work with the same 5 teams.

Pros

None. Writing five words because glassdoor doesn't allow to post.

Cons

1. Worst company to work for. Even TCS/Infosys/Cognizant/Capgemini have better compensation and increments. 2. Extremely poor growth. 3. Company has policy of external first. 4. Fresh college graduates have double the compensation of existing employees. 5. Too much politics. 6. Outdated technology is used. 7. Paid food. Feels like school where lunchboxes can be seen all around during lunch break. 8. Inverse Seniority (More Experienced: Less compensation, Less Experienced: More Compensation) 9. Windows workstations only/Macbooks not an option for employees. 10. Highly recommended for 50+ age people looking for retirement company All the good reviews posted on glassdoor are there because company told employees to post and share screenshot of it. Company is not getting good employees. Even offer letters are getting returned.
