      If you are resilient and know how to find your way in the chaos you can achieve anything and more within this organisation. Challenges are everywhere, once again, you can work on anything as long as you prove you can handle it, trust is easily given but nothing is going to be handed off to you on a plate for you to work on. If you prefer being closely managed, secured and looked after, find somewhere else. People who strive in this company are those not afraid to get out of the beaten path, try new things and being entrepreunarial. OVH empowers anyone to achieve anything they'd like to do or evolve towards, but won't mouth-feed you on the way, you need to work (hard) to prove yourself and gain trust.

      Cons

      People looking for structured management and laid-down work will get (and are) beaten up by the chaotic system, the second you lose motivation in what you're doing you get lost in the ongoing mess. Compensations are below standard, some people are unbelievably underpaid for what they bring to the table.
