      Entering the US market and competing with AWS, Google and Microsoft is not an easy task. That's why I like it :-)

      - Flexible on work time - Nice people - You're free to propose new solution, at your own risk

      Cons

      - Salary gap between equally qualified people - Everybody is overloaded - Managers says yes to every clients requests - Code is awful - A lot of technical dept, and no plan to reduce this - Even new project are started on legacy stuff - Internal communication is terrible - Can't handle different time-zone - Organization change every 3 months - No or bad documentation - Awful ambience because a lot of people is leaving, and management give false justification - Hire everybody, even unqualified people - Different perks depending on your location (No perks in Canada) - Understaffed teams
