Pros

Great casual wages and better on weekends. Uniform included and great paid training. Very team based approached with group KPI's and focus more on customer experience in order to achieve sales targets.

Cons

Very strict grooming standards and guidelines. Overall I really enjoyed working at Nespresso, especially as a part-time job while at uni.

Pros

A very well established specialty Coffee division within the worldwide Nestle Corp. No coffee company on the planet has utilized technology, sourcing and procurement of its most extensive coffee/espresso product offerings with such consistency and quality worldwide as Nestle's Nespresso division!

Cons

As with all large corporations, a lacking of effective follow through after communication of immediate day to day operational problems unique to each of its retail installations!
