Pros

You get two free machines every year of employment! Awesome discounts on coffee sleeves and accessories. You gain so much knowledge on coffee! If you love coffee, you will enjoy talking about it.

Cons

Poor management, at least at the San Francisco Boutique Bar! The management team is really unfair among the employees. They don’t appreciate you enough. They’re too focused on the sales numbers and always off the floor when managers are needed. Communication among team is so poorly organized. Everyone works at least 4-5 days a week. I’m a full time college student doing part time 20 here at Nespresso and I feel like I have no time for myself! If I’m not at school I’m at work. They’re so strict about scheduling! They’re so difficult when you try to ask for a specific days off. Majority of the time they deny it.

Pros

Extremely generous with benefits, salary and bonuses. Many opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Growing very quickly provides a challenge in communication. However, town hall meetings and department collaboration has improved this greatly.

Pros

Free coffee machine and monthly coffee allowance

Cons

No work life balance. Will not learn new skills and potentially go backwards in your career as management do not want innovation or to progress. Lack of listening or collaboration from management. Micro management in place. More important to be seen to be talking then doing work of any real value to help the organisation progress
