      Can be tough to build a team due to the long conversion process of employees takes along time to convert a temp to FT or PT Nespresso status Out dated POS system lack of communication and support from upper management

      Pros

      The best coffee machines in the world, best of the best coffee, excellent benefits, opportunity for growth within the company, culturally mixed, personal and professional development.

      Cons

      Negative energy from co-workers, gossip, employees not taking ownership for their mistakes. If you are not satisfied where you are in whatever job you have, it's obviously a decision you have made. I am very grateful to even have a job in this time we are living. My job asks for my best & they also giving their best to me. Started from the bottom & challenged myself to meet all of my goals in order to continue growing. I am passionate with my work, & I'm glad this is not just a job, but my Career. To all the complainers, make sure when you complain that you offer a solution. I'm not a follower, but a leader.
