This is a review for manager and above level employees in their Head Office in Yeshwantpur. Completely dominated by North Indians in top management and they bully other region employees a lot. There are some departments which are working as separate entities. Its like a cartel of their own. HR is helpless. Too much of employee unfairness in every aspect if you dont be obedient to them. Just sucks. Avoid this company if you are not used to bullying and hate racism and serious about your career.
