      Pros

      Profitable for last 2 years under the able leadership of Arvind . Much awaited Ecommerce is finally launched . Good to see that 350+ people completed 15 years in the organisation and around 100+ people were promoted .

      Cons

      Some of the process are broken ,need to have a tech solution.

      Pros

      Company encourages one to take up new challenges and backs you up during the journey. Very emphathetic company - in case of sickness or grief the company fully supports the employees & has a very humane touch.

      Cons

      Technology wise , the systems are archaic however the same are being streamlined with coming of the Ecomm app & investments being made to bring in technology.

      Pros

      In tough Indian retail market Metro made profit for continuous 2 years because of vision and focus of leadership on efficiency. Also with the launch of e-commerce it is moving in the right direction to cater to Kiranas across all channels.

      Cons

      It is in transformation phase in terms of IT systems, so you need to have patience. But it is also a good learning opportunity too.
