      Pros

      Sociable atmosphere and environment whilst working here, staff generally meet up outside of work to socialise. Rotas are somewhat flexible, great colleagues to work with and mostly nice customers to serve.

      Cons

      Gaslighting managers, Illegal employment practices, no HR department, lack of ED&I knowledge and have performatively tried to fix this with no real actions or intentions. Green washed, overpriced products that are harmful to the environment. Overworked and stressed staff.

      Cons

      The management for the outlet I was at was really clique-ish and often played favourites. It's easy to feel isolated from the rest especially if you're not extroverted or the same type of people. Also felt very pressurised, because part timers need to commit at least 3 days a week regardless if they have school commitments. We are part timers for a reason.
