      *Good discount That’s about it. I can’t think of anything else

      Cons

      *No upper management structure. Your Store Manager is the end-all-be-all, which is fine if your store manager is cool but sucks when your store manager is awful. *Absolutely zero opportunity for advancement *They don’t care what your career aspirations are. I wanted to join the training team, but kept getting pushed towards the MIT role by both the manager and retail support. *No HR. Good Karma is non-existent. I know for a fact that the store manager where I worked was reported 3 times and no action was taken. *Let’s be real: there’s no science behind the products. No one in the company knows what the hell they’re doing. The products don’t work at all.

      The pay is good, but still not worth it

      Cons

      Forced to quit on first shift Dumped on shop floor and expected to have full product knowledge Management are not qualified shouted at staff front of customers No freedom, have to wait for supervisors approval for EVERYTHING! Rota incorrect every week
