Boring, white-collar, Office Space-style cube farm. Work with outdated technology (literally worked on 30 year old C code). Work through a million processes to get anything done. No internet access (I had to get up and walk across the room to a shared computer to look up things on the internet). Lots of old people coasting to retirement.

The medical insurance offered is so bad it's virtually non-existent. There are no choices, only an Aetna administered plan is available. Deductibles are $2,500/yr. In-plan doctors are extremely hard to find or get appointments with, especially one that speaks English. Nearly every division in the company is experiencing high levels of layoffs and threatening to reduce salaries of many remaining engineers in the 4th quarter of this year. Many long-term employees (over 20 years) have been laid off this year with only 2 weeks notice. Very few people have received raises over the past 4 years.
