      Pros

      Decent money, but you have to sell your soul to the devil to survive there.

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst aircraft company in the history of the world. Management is so stupid they couldn't figure out how to build a paper airplane if they had to.

      Pros

      None. The union has made sure that all the same people who have worked the same positions for 40+ years will never leave. Senior management was a joke.

      Cons

      Union has sucked all talent and motivation from most employees. A "that'll do" attitude is VERY prevalent. Newbies get treated like animals, then are first to be let go in layoff situations. Very lazy and dishonest senior workforce, led by an equally lazy and dishonest management. Health insurance was crazy expensive for almost no real coverage. Salaried employees rarely showed up, if at all. Hourly were expected to volunteer for overtime or risk losing their jobs. A very backward company, watching out for the bottom dollar rather than the workforce.

      Interesting work, good compensation, career growth potential (provided you're willing to do what you management wants, regardless of ethics/integrity)

      Cons

      Dishonest management and HR (esp. to it's primary customer: the US government, management has no issue committing fraud, and demands employees follow suit or risk retaliation and potentially being fired for relatively minor policy violations while ignoring major infractions reported by employees) Salary plan is not to reward for performance, yet to drive people to the "industry average"
