      Power to deliver and looking to maintain client satisfaction. Some managers are looking indeed to finish a quality and safe job.

      Cons

      Lack of communication in between management team. Poor trainings towards delivery project. Evolving is a challenge mission to achieve when working for Laing O'Rourke.

      Pros

      Get paid and experience whilst you do your degree which is all paid for. Development programme modules can be hit and miss.

      Cons

      Depending on the business & project you work on, some can be really positive places to work but a lot of the higher management see you as junior and worthless even if you have some decent experience under your belt. You can be seen as a 'kid' Cadets is also used as a salary cap, even if you exceed better than someone who isn't a cadet, your wage will hit a bracket that you cant exceed
