      Used to be a great company and maybe will be again sometime

      Cons

      Supervisors take advantage for own personal gain. You are held back from other positions because immediate supervisors co-opt your expertise/knowledge as their own while no one higher up in the company cares to look at what is going on. It's a top heavy organization and salary structure benefit those at the top. People are leaving and the company doesn't want to admit they have a problem.
