Growing company, international, famous brand, nice products, nice locations, participation to benefits quite attractive, lots of skilled employees

Cons

low salaries compared to other people with similar experience, managers are not skilled for managing people, very difficult to get promoted (senior managers are usually hired from other companies) and long work hours with limited recognition. Culture very polished, but stabbing in the back, with a lot of women and divas. Limited talent retention due to the company attractiveness, HR don't really care about the high turnover.

My manager had no knowledge at all of the brand she was working for and couldn't answer any questions. You are unable to make any decisions before they are validated by about 3 top managers. Back-stabbing and mistrusting colleagues No benefits

Cons

Highly political, many inefficiencies and lack of management talent. Everybody is covering themselves. Turnover at management level is high.. they leave for two main reasons : scapegoat or disgusted.
