So many pros, most notably how approachable and collaborative the culture is. Forget red tape, micromanagement, and tiers of approval, you're encouraged to run with your ideas, find gaps, and celebrate mistakes. It's so refreshing to be treat like an adult.
Cons
If you prefer a world where feedback is provided without prompts, or you wait for your daily tasks to be carved out for you, it's probably not the right place. The lack of structure can be daunting at first but quickly turned into a pro if you can embrace the autonomy and manage yourself to be productive.
