- Great culture (if you're responsible and a self starter). - Flexible work (remote option, flexible hours as long as you don't miss meetings and are getting work done). - Great career progression. - Big on caring for mental health. - Great diversity and inclusion (gender identity, religion, cultures) - Many areas/teams to work in if something takes your fancy. - Great office, if you choose to go in, with great people (weekly drinks, running club, lunches etc etc). - Working with some of the best engineers in Australia (and around the globe). - All annual leave given upfront at start of year, don't need to "earn" it.

Cons

- No salary sacrifice options in Australia. So take into account when discussing salary, if you're aiming to lower taxable income by salary sacrifice.

Pros

They are putting a big green dent in the world. There is loads of autonomy. Everyone here is both laid back and enthusiastic at the same time and they have all been very welcoming and friendly.

Cons

Things are a little structured than other places I have worked, it can be a bit chaotic here. That isn't always a bad thing though, it leave more opportunities for individuals to make decisions. The compensation is less than you get at big tech or finance, but the culture balances that.
