Pros

I've been with Kraken for the past three months, and it's been a game-changer. I never expected to feel this excited to start work each day. Kraken is a company with a real sense of purpose - it genuinely cares about its people and customers, and that comes through in everything it does. The culture here is incredibly strong and values-driven. From day one, it's clear that customer centricity isn’t just a buzzword- it’s embedded in every team and every decision. People collaborate across functions with a shared drive to do what’s right for the customer. Leadership is outstanding. I've been consistently impressed by the quality of managers — thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you grow. If you're looking for meaningful work, great colleagues, and a company that actually walks the talk on values, I can't recommend Kraken enough.

Cons

So far everything has been great.

Pros

The developer experience is great: the developers are highly skilled, the tech stack is impressive and, technically speaking, there are no drawbacks. The salary is decent and includes some valuable benefits. The option to work remotely promotes a healthy work-life balance. Even when the workload is heavy, the management does its best to break it down, which effectively reduces stress for each developer.

Cons

The initial phase can be overwhelming. The teams are internationally diverse, comprising people from all over the world. In a team of mostly native speakers, non-native speakers might find it harder to gain visibility for a promotion. While changing teams is possible, it's not always guaranteed. Benefits are good, but they are not consistent across all countries; some locations offer extensive packages, while others provide very few.
