Creating an environment where people feel trusted, supported and empowered to learn is incredibly important to us. We're also aware that there’s always room to improve. We're investing in this through initiatives like our Leadership Development Programme (LDP), which helps managers build the skills, confidence and self-awareness needed to support their teams. We’re really glad to hear you found the people at Kraken supportive and that you valued the autonomy in how you work; that’s something we aim to protect as we grow. On pay, we work hard to ensure our salaries are fair and competitive. We don’t aim to be at the very top or bottom of the market, but instead offer a balanced package that reflects our values, business model, and long-term sustainability. We also know that clear progression and consistent feedback are important. While growing quickly can sometimes mean changes in structure or management, we’re working on improving continuity - including through our leadership development programme, which many of our managers have completed or are currently taking part in.
