Been a fry cook for 4 month at KFC.. My feelings
Pros
There are absolutely no pro's. Your constantly cracking chickens bones, drenched in blood and the flour is stuck on your hands, they have a horrendous mop sink.. HORRENDOUS, it wreaks of blood, anything you can imagine, the people up front packing the food have NO RESPECT at all for your job in the back, IF your on floors, they don't care if something falls, YOU pick it up, if your on dishes, they don't care about bringing dishes back for you. The Store Owner is a total jerk too. You have all the money in the world and this place still looks like it was in WWI If you screw up one thing, Jesus H Christ your fired. I CALLED OFF ONE DAY IN 4 MONTHS and they cut my schedule to 1 day a week. But in my opinion, don't take this job, you're a pawn in their game.
Cons
Blood. Smell. You smell. Cuts. Burns. Non-Flexible Scheduling, Managers are insane.
