      Large company so there should be opportunity to grow

      Cons

      Never want to give raises. when they do it is only 1% - 2%. Difficult to get a raise if you get a promotion

      Work life balance is OK.

      Cons

      It used to be a good company before 2015. Now the management from Mumbai & Pune office has taken over, destroying peace. Despite being a big company, pay cuts is done during epidemics. No co operation from managers for work from home. Strict 9 hours punch time in office. Management is good for nothing except speeches. No good work opportunities. No onsite. Reduced bonus from previous years. Very easily pink slip is given. Day by day, policies are degrading under bengalis management system (who sit in Mumbai office).

      They provide free fruits every tuesday and thursday, basically nothing.

      Cons

      - Terrible upper management - HR doesn't care about your goodwill at all. They do things against the law, force you to sign documents. - Ethical teams, integrity helplines are useless. A manager will bully you and noone cares. - Managers and team leaders treat specialists like a tool, not treated like a humanbeing. Think twice before deciding to work in Bratislava branch.
