      Pros

      Can't think of any - their technology arm is better - consulting arm sucks

      Cons

      Firms Management thinks nothing of coming up with diktats like No coffee machine on the floor, Not permitted to switch on the fansa and A/c after 5 - even though 70% of the floor is working. Printers were removed to celebrate earth day , printer paper is not replaced for 2 weeks, you are expected not to spend full amount from your entitlements. Flybacks are banned - you have to spend from your pockets. They even make money on the travel expenses charged to clients (as they have a co policy for 30% markup on all claims to clients).

      Pros

      you can help to define how things will be created and have many opportunities to engage on interesting and big assignments.

      Cons

      It's not easy for a western professional to understand and fit on Infosys corporate culture. The company is fully indian for all the pros and cons. All the processes are defined for indians and cause a lot of problem for non-indians employees because nothing is clear yet.

      1.) Interesting and challenging work. 2.) Fair management 3.) Opportunity to work at several great locations. 4.) Good Training programs.

      Cons

      1.) Culture can be sort of socialistic to someone. 2.) Average salary. 3.) Not so good benefits. No 401(k) matching.
