      Pros

      Mid-size multicultural patient-driven company where everybody counts and is asked to make a difference. Competitive salary and benefits (in one of the most well-paying industries!) Loads of autonomy to deliver and take decisions given if you earn it.

      Cons

      -Too much and undeserved focus on the US market. Unacceptable behaviors (especially in the US) are tolerated. -The US leader should be fired right away. -CEO

      Pros

      This is a great mid-size company in pharma/Biotech. I've been here six months and I'm impressed with the speed with which I have been able to get stuck into the job and bring about genuine change. The people I have met here are all smart, supportive and engaged. It's a multi-cultural bunch in a company that feels less Franco-French every day! I think this is a great place to learn and to practice your expertise. I have a real sense of empowerment from my manager too. Very happy!

      Cons

      The pace of change can be too much for some, the new vision from management needs to be more clearly communicated and more bridges need to be built with other areas of the business and some affiliates feel very far removed from corporate HQ.
