      Thank you for taking the time to review us. We try to offer all the advantages that you list and I hope that you take full advantage of the training and the projects in your daily activities. We are aware that the recent pace of change can be overwhelming as we are growing at a fast pace, and we know that we must improve on making internal opportunities more visible and more transparent. We intend to resolve this through the introduction of new HR systems and tools. Thank you for raising these issues.       A company that is changing fast and becoming a much more engaging place to work after a period in the doldrums.

      Pros

      Recent changes in the senior management have brought a new international leadership team with lots to offer. Backed by good products and good ethics this is one of those companies with plenty of opportunities to grow its staff and for individuals to make a positive and genuine difference.

      Cons

      Still some remnants of the old guard that slow the new blood down in the pace of change. Really need to structure processes and close the gap between HQ and overseas operations.

      Some (really) neat people in the employees, some nice products, overal benefits package.

      Cons

      Limited product portfolio and scarce pipeline. Lacks the agility its size should allow.
