Whilst the reviews for Slough aren't great its absolutely not the case for Wrexham. Business future is exciting and very much around growth. Leaders care about the employees and are real people. Big focus on personal development.

Fantastic culture, Can do attitudes, SLT that listens and cares about the direction of the business, which is fostered from the Company leaders

Cons

Negligible, great place to work with a real growth path and plans to grow even more, unlike other companies

Pros

Rapidly growing company with lots of opportunity to develop. Managers at all levels are open to ideas and suggestions and the organisation feels relatively non-hierarchical. Lovely people throughout the business. Adult approach to work life balance and other, often tricky, subjects. A genuine desire from senior managers to make things better.

Cons

Lots of change which can create a feeling of instability but the general directon of travel is good. It can, at times, make it difficult to spot and work towards new career opportunities as things are forever shifting. Processes and systems can create frustration - not sure if this is due to Ipsen being a smaller company or whether it is more related to corporate restrictions from France.
