Huge momentum and a Bold ambition to perform even better than our existing performance. Dedicated individuals who are committed to doing the best thing for the Patients we serve. A portfolio of products that support the ambition of the UK board. Opportunity to progress and move to different departments within Ipsen. Good salary , Car scheme and other incentives. New digital tools slowly being rolled out and much better HR systems now in place. The Bath Road site is good, flexible working and relaxed environment.

Cons

Very busy and lots still to do. Need to have an agile mindset and happy with a degree of ambiguity. Pipeline is healthy but not sure what’s coming next.

Collaborative, friendly culture. Rapidly growing with lots of opportunities to develop your career. US headquarters in Cambridge, MA is also one of three global hubs. Very rewarding, patient-focused work. Competitive compensation.

This is not big pharma.

Ipsen tagline is Innovation for Patient Care, but having worked in multiple biopharmas, it's a company really walking the talk. The growth momentum speaks for itself, but this is an organisation where you really can make a difference, and the patient-centricity is truly genuine.

Cons

Very fast moving, so if you can't cope with a change environment, not for you.
