Great opportunity for advancement, easy to work up holidays so lots of time off. I got a significant increase in my salary when I joined from a big pharma company in the locality. Easy to make a big impact across the network because of the company’s size

Cons

It’s a fantastic place to work. I am very happy. Not much room for improvement

The People and culture in the US makes it awesome. Lots of focus of people development, culture and employee experience. Great benefits- 401k best I’ve seen in this industry.

Cons

French culture can be tough; Global processes don’t always equate to nimble working

Leadership changes, lack of clear business direction, priorities change too often, health benefit is basic and restrictive. Lack of HR and career development plans, including a lack of talent retention.
