There are decent snacks and beverages available.

Cons

The company culture seems to be set on speed as the most important factor which is where quality does & will suffer. This pertains to rolling out upgrades/updates of systems to timelines, daily activities and responsibilities associated with being a sponsor conducting clinical trials.

Shift pattern and No weekends

Cons

Process equipment constantly breaking down and nothing getting done. Too many pointless 'meetings'. Lots of talking but not enough action. Using whiteboards and big sheets of paper for trackers. Way way behind other pharma companies in terms of digitalisation. Training is subpar. Technologists who haven't completed their own training are left to train new hires

Fostered personally development including traveling internationally to meet with other team members for the purpose of expanding knowledge and development. From a development perspective, accepted new ways of thinking and technologies in place of outdated or obsolete ways of testing.

Cons

did not provide company shares or options. Pay was mediocre despite a high level of responsibilities and work load.
