      Ipsen Way of Being is a farce

      Pros

      Benefits are good and salaries are mostly fair.

      Cons

      They claim to have a speak up culture, but really do not. It is command and control atmosphere. In management roles, they hire and promote those with little to no experience and they are "yes" people.

      I've been able to benefit from a lot of opportunities to learn and development myself either with conversations with leaders, coaching, online courses, and participating in high quality leadership/management programs

      Cons

      need more flexibility in the work arrangement need to strengthen the complementary healthcare provision supporting better preventive care including mental health
