      No advantages , and it's not a great working place like they said

      they are like other Consulting Company their only purpose is to find a client even the job position doesn't fit your skills

      - bad yearly review system - working at the SII location feels like being watched all the time -working at the client's tends to become a small family business(bribes to team leaders and managers in order to get a good yearly review)
