      Interesting Projects, few benefits

      Pros

      The projects are interesting, people are usually friendly and eager to help. Technology stack is quite modern in internal projects (for most parts), for client-based consultants it depends.

      Cons

      There are almost no employee benefits, no medical plans, no gym discounts, not even free coffee (for those working for internal projects at least), no official work from home options. Management is very focused on selling, not so much on keeping the people.

      Headquarters in Romania, Bucharest is nice and modern but just so

      obsolete equipment, poor management, encouraging gossip. there is no long-term vision and have little business thinking that wants to make money, many and fast,
