Pros
Except for a few (if not a majority of business managers) the job is ok and the relations, let's say are ok.
Cons
Is a low level consulting firm -> salary quite low (even though this one is quite above other consulting firm), sharing of profits are almost non-existent, you are a sub employee where you work with your true client, you have basically no self worth.
