Many Cons. No work They will fire you at any point of time irrespective f whether you are from IIT/IIM or ex Google employee. Lala and ego massager management. Fraud peoples This organisation will be a red mark in your resume

- great ambiance - wonderful and welcoming office - great support/onboarding

Cons

- it's still a consultant company, you'll miss most of it if you're with a client - internal tooling may be improved (but marginally)
