      -Semi-Competitive Salary for Smaller Aerospace Company -Office amenities included in the form of beverages (coffee, seltzer water, tea) -Coworkers and some management are easy to work with -Informative about future projects and job stability -Decent work events (mariners games, potlucks, happy hours) -Good work-life balance -Modern office with windows and low wall cubicles. -Management open to feedback, sometimes.

      Cons

      -No bonuses/no incentive for hard work. -Management shifted from people oriented to quantitative orientation. People became money, efficiency, and productivity numbers. -No novel or innovative design. -Promotion process is unclear and not defined. -Credit or Kudos not given for improving processes. -No diversity in management or higher.
