Greenpoint is a cult, sell your sole or get out, smart ones leave unless you are a manager

Good benefits and salary, nice facility.

Cons

They micro manage everything you do and do not respect your input as management protects themselves from smart people by not asking employees their opinions, worse place I have ever worked, I have a hard time kissing ass but you have to in order to survive. Managers are treated like royality and not to be questioned.
