Greenpoint Technologies has been the best place I have ever worked. They know how to treat their employees. Greenpoint's "Think Green" Code of Conduct is structured to keep you motivated as an employee and to want to be the best you can be at your job. Greenpoint rewards you for your efforts, is a great environment to work at, provides amazing benefits, and also has various fun activities for the employees throughout the year to keep you connected with others and to make it feel more like family.

Great people to work with a strong culture and drive. Great benefits and working conditions in an environment of mutual respect and joint success.

Cons

company is formerly individual owned (now part of zodiac) so the leadership is clique of friends and promotion remains within the 'family/friends'. Easy to get laid off with little to no severance package or notice.
