Pros

They held high food safety standers.

Cons

Upper management did not care about its people. Nothing was ever good enough. They would cut labor to increase profits but still expect perfection in all areas. You lived or died by your Secret Shopper Score each week.

We appreciate you recognizing our high standards, and agree that the restaurant environment can be stressful, and as a result, not a good fit for everyone.

Pros

-Free food -That's the only pro

Cons

- Five Guys will lure you in with the promise that they are a 'family based work environment, who genuinely care about their staff' to then turn around and treat their staff like garbage. -You will be expected to give 110% at all times with little to no thanks or consideration, and be happy about it. -The hours are ridiculous, and the work similar to slave labour. 6am starts and 4am finishes. -Do not ever expect a break or to leave on time. -You WILL NOT GET THE HOURS YOU NEED TO PAY BILLS. Unless you are a favourite of the manager. -You WILL NOT BE PAID ACCURATELY. -If a manager does not like you, you will be constantly reminded of it and bullied. -The organisation and communication is so non existent, no one will ever actually know what is going on -They expect professional cleaning standards from already exhausted workers. -You will be taken advantage of, and your already non-existent pay docked at every opportunity.
