Pros

free meals, decent training, clean work environment, secret shopper (unless you work late, in which case you will never benefit), working midshift is a breeze, if you're Filipino, welcome to the job

Cons

managers hate giving raises, absolutely hate it.the only way you're getting a raise is if you get a promotion to assistant manager. and you must suck up to the bosses because they all, literally, live together and yes they're talking ... about you. late night shift is overworked. prepping starts way too early.

Pros

I enjoyed everyone I worked with because we all tried hard to remain upbeat and do our jobs correctly. There are bonuses for preforming at the best of your ability through the secret shopper program.

Cons

Shoppers can be picky. Limited selection of food.
