Pros

Good pay for someone just starting out. Very professional work environment. Secret shopper bonuses, free food on lunch break. I found pride in making burgers that are better than most places in the country.

Cons

Very competitive hiring process. Little chance for mistake in training. Very strict order process for workers. Fry warmer too hot considering they don't sit there very long. My hands became uncomfortably hot very quickly into the training process.

Pros

You get secret shoppers, tips and of course free food.

Cons

Sometimes the crew could be understaffed or management could be cruel.
