Pros

Free food, secret shopper bonuses, and definitely a wake up call to the fast paced work environment.

Cons

Minimum wage for very hard labor. Managers think they are on top of the world. Anyone who tends to be successful, is very cocky.

Pros

Work as a team- your higher ups can and will work just as hard if not harder than you. Be valued- your energy, attitude, hustle, and strength will be appreciated through more hours, pay, training, and opportunities. Have pride- be part of a successful company that knows their product is the best. Top quality or bust! Fun!- singing, laughing, and shouting in a fast-paced restaurant every day.

Cons

Hard work- if you aren't used to standing all day, let alone moving around, lifting, etc, this will be challenging. Just as tough as any other restaurant, but with high standards of cleanliness & food safety. Expect to participate in this type of hard work even when moving up.

Pros

The crew i am working with is amazing, really friendly and always willing to have fun. Managers are approachable. The career opportunities are high, however that does not mean you will get much of a higher salary. Free meal when on shift.

Cons

After some months most of the good people had left to another job. The percentage of people who quit is very high. It may be due to the amount of hard work you must put into the job, management not being able to properly manage or making bad decisions and also the low wage. No discounts given to employees or any benefits at all.
