Fun job if you don't care about the money

Pros

Very fun work environment, lots of good people to work with. Overall everyone was pretty easy going and pleasant to be around.

Cons

I worked there for 3 years, never once got a raise. It was a very good employee and did way more than my job title required, but yet I was never given a raise. The management at my building was pretty corrupt and kept all the tips for themselves even though they were the ones in the back on the computer the whole time. I don't know if all five guys are like this, but there were a lot of issues related to that at the one I worked for.

- Environment is fun to be in, everyone feels like a family - Very organized, everybody has a role - Opportunity for raises and bonuses frequent

Cons

- Very demanding during rush hours - When understaffed, extremely stressful - Work is repetitive, very few items on menu so you will be doing the same task all day

Free food, great management, the team members work together very well, I felt good about the product we were producing

Cons

The only thing I didn't like about working here was the smell of the malt vinegar when someone opened a bottle (one time I dropped one while closing; THAT was fun). Also, the freestyel machines constantly have issues.
