      Pros

      My reviews are only for Essilor India : You get to learn a lot You can grow t even if you start from a low level. Good opportunities for new comers.

      Cons

      A lot of office politics Exploitation of new comers A few people in higher management play favorites Very low salaries even for people with more than 10 years experience. Again a lot of office politics and favoritism based on language Harassment of some employees especially women mostly by other women in the organization Your HR team is well below average.

      It's has free trail lens for personal use which otherwise is expensive at retail price.

      Cons

      There is no career plan for the staff, low growth opportunity unless you come in at the management level.

      I enjoy the people and the work. It is a place to learn a vast amount of information. You can move up if you are a hard worker. They have a lot of training available.

      Cons

      Not many people of color working in the office.
